I had fat removal from the square-jaw area, and the area there tightened so much that my face ended up looking like a bulldog. It has been 3 and a half years, and the difference in fat between the buccal area, the front cheek area, and the jaw area is so noticeable that my face really looks like it has a side effect that anyone could see. From the front, it briefly looks slim because of the frontal effect, but even if I turn my head only a little to the side, it reflects the light and looks uneven and strange. Do not get liposuction.
