I chose a place that is well known because this was a revision liposuction surgery. There was no extra revision fee, but the fixed-price system itself is expensive. The price is set separately by area, there is no discount for doing them together, and if you do only one side the price only goes down a little; it is not half price... I had both nasolabial folds and one cheek done, so three areas in total, and the results were probably the best I have gotten after doing it several times while I was still conscious. The bruising and swelling were definitely less. Even so, after a few years it does start to fill back in a little. It seems unavoidable because of scar tissue T_T
