At first, when I had the consultation, the director looked tired, probably because surgery had just ended. During the consultation, I told them what I wanted, and they said what would be best and tried to match my face shape as much as possible. I went in knowing they pursue a natural look, and maybe because of that it was focused on safety and naturalness, which I liked, but my nose bridge is on the low side, and they said to use only 2 mm of silicone, so I thought it would not show. For the tip of the nose, they said they would not insert cartilage and would only tie the alar cartilage.
