It has been about 5 or 6 years since the surgery, I think. I wanted an in-out line, and during the consultation they clearly told me that because my eyebrows and eyes are close together, I could not really do anything glamorous. They recommended upper canthoplasty and said we should do partial incision. I said I wanted medial canthoplasty, but they said it would be better not to do it. Recently, though, when I went to another plastic surgery consultation, they asked why I had not done medial canthoplasty when my eyes are the type that need it. Right now I have an in-line, and if I am swollen in the morning it loosens, as if it is just staying there out of loyalty. Still, it does not look surgical at all and is natural, so unless I tell people I had surgery, nobody knows. It can be improved naturally. Honestly, I think it is better than sausage eyes.
