Almost 6 years ago I had partial-incision in-out line double eyelid surgery + upper canthoplasty, and the line is still holding up beautifully. At the time I thought a glamorous eye looked prettier, so during the consultation I said I wanted an out line, but they immediately said my eyes were absolutely not suited for an out line T_T lol + they also said no to front canthoplasty, and set it as an in-out line, but looking back I am grateful they did not give me an out line then... At first I thought it might have been set a little too high, but over time it settled into a very natural and pretty line, and now I am thinking about reoperation because I want it just a little higher again. The price was around 1 million won!
