This was a year ago, so I will write what I remember. First of all, the manager was kind. There was some waiting time. I made an appointment and had a consultation with Director Ban Ho-gyeong. I went there with a friend, and since I was there anyway, I asked if I could get it done together, and they said okay. It was interesting that they showed me how many millimeters the silicone would be raised lol It just felt like the director decided on things themselves, like, "Okay, this would work, this and that." But I did not get the feeling that they were kind. When I asked a question, they quietly showed me with actions. When I asked, "Would it be this much?" they did not give any other professional answer. They just said yes, so I was a little like, huh? But the manager, I do not remember the name, was kind. I do not remember there being any pressure to book that day.
