Visited because of my mom’s eyelid sagging. The manager consultation was handled first as the main step. They explained in a professional and detailed way which surgical methods were needed and which areas I wanted to improve, making it easy to understand. Before meeting the surgeon, I listened to a detailed explanation from the manager and also heard the recommended surgical methods, so I generally understood things well. The surgeon consultation was short, but he carefully touched and examined the face, then diagnosed it and explained to my mom, in an easy-to-understand way, what the improvement direction would be. He did not recommend unnecessary surgery, and said to do the urgent one first, while the rest are my mother’s own wishes, so do the urgent surgery first and if it still bothers you later, then proceed. The surgeon consultation was one that got straight to the point well. Looking back now, maybe because the wait seemed long, the manager took us in and explained various things. In any case, time passed without me noticing. Overall I liked it, so I quietly picked it as a candidate hospital for surgery.
