[Clinic A] Review

I looked into this clinic because I heard aftercare is solid and they take good care of patients. It opened in 2018, so there were not many reviews, and the reviews were split between pros and cons, so I decided to go see for myself. First I went in for a consultation based on my crooked nose. After visiting several clinics and having a sense of what kind of surgery I needed, when I looked at the consultation content, it was good that they pointed out things other clinics had not noticed. The clinic facility was clean, and the staff at the desk were kind, as was the consultation manager. On the other hand, there were also things that only this clinic failed to notice. And I went there to consult about nose surgery, but the director recommended epicanthoplasty. They told me to think about it. From the consultation reviews and procedure reviews, there were many comments saying they recommend Alloderm instead of silicone, and they also suggested that I proceed with Megaderm instead of silicone. During the consultation, they usually showed before-and-after photos first, but I asked to see them first. The director was kind and seemed like they would match my needs well, but because they suggested considering another procedure like epicanthoplasty and recommended Megaderm, I felt their approach did not match my own thinking, so I did not choose this clinic as my final clinic. After checking my nose once with a cotton swab, they said it was a difficult nose. Although there was a photographing machine inside the clinic, it seemed they did not do that separately. For a first surgery, the quote came to 6.8 million won. It varies depending on the material and method, but even though this was not a revision surgery, the surgery cost was high. Everyone uses different materials, different methods, and comes away with different impressions from the consultation, so I think it is best to get an in-person consultation at the clinic.
