[Clinic A] Review

While I was diligently searching on YouTube after learning that eye correction is a risky surgery, I came across Dr. Kim Ji-yeon’s YouTube channel. She explained pseudoptosis and true ptosis well, and said there are eyes that need eye correction and eyes that can be solved with double eyelid surgery alone, so I wanted to get a consultation. When I arrived at the hospital, the first staff member who guided me and the facilities were both very good, so I had high expectations. Once I entered the consultation room, I waited for a long time, then the manager came and set the rough framework, and after waiting a long time again, the doctor came in. It was probably because this is a one-doctor hospital and they were busy. The doctor looked at my eyes for a long time and said they could not become dramatically bigger or change much, and that even after surgery there would still seem to be a lot of fat above the eyes, which worried me. Then I saw photos of eyes similar to mine and realized it was not the line or feeling I wanted, so I changed my mind. At that moment, the doctor suddenly said that my face looked too large compared with my body and suggested I also think about liposuction for the lower face, which was very embarrassing.. haha My companion and I were both shocked and felt bad, so we just sat there without saying anything, and then the doctor said, well then please think about it and contact us! and left. The manager must have read my expression, because they asked which part was worrying me the most right now, and when I said I was worried that the fat above my eyes probably would not be solved, they said it was my natural eye shape so there was nothing they could do. I thought maybe they would at least give me a business card, so I stood in front of the desk for a moment, and with a face that seemed to ask why I had not left yet, they said, “You can just go!” lol..... Of course they do a lot of consultations and can tell just by looking whether someone will or will not have surgery at their hospital.. But people’s situations are unpredictable, and I could have become a patient of that hospital too, so I was very surprised and embarrassed by that attitude..... Maybe they ignored me because I looked young and the companion with me also looked young, or maybe that is just their personality.. I had high expectations because it was the first female doctor I had seen, and I expected even more because they did not seem commercial, but... between the fat above the eyes... and the rude attitude.. it was a difficult consultation in many ways.
