Even though I arrived a little late for my appointment, everyone treated me kindly. The consultation manager was extremely kind, and the director also handled the consultation kindly. There seemed to be a slight push for a deposit, and at other clinics they said they would not use costal cartilage because the CT scan showed that the septum size was sufficient, but here they said they would open it up in the operating room and decide, which felt a bit odd.
