The manager and director were kind. When the director was estimating the nose, he spoke in a very careful way, so it felt thorough. I also felt a sense of professionalism. But I went only for a nose consultation, and they recommended other procedures I did not even want. It felt like they were looking at everything overall? Some people may like that, but I think people like me will hate it. The price felt more expensive than expected even though it was my first surgery. The manager strongly insisted on same-day booking. On top of that, since the reservation deposit is nonrefundable, all desire to book disappeared. They said I could use the nonrefundable amount toward Botox or filler instead, but since I was going to have plastic surgery, there were no procedures I really needed, so I did not book. And the really annoying thing is I got contacted 3 times after the consultation.. If there is no contact, that should be the end, so why keep messaging? I have been to 10 consultation places, and this was the first time I kept getting text messages or calls after the consultation. I hope the manager will not do that in the future.
