Someone who had surgery here said the doctor was extremely meticulous and that it was amazing, so I came full of excited expectations, but wow.. I was very disappointed...^^
First, the consultation manager spoke in a very light, casual way and conducted the consultation in a very frivolous manner. It really felt like they had dragged in some high school student and seated them there. That immediately dropped my trust a lot. And what was even worse was that they subtly dropped the polite language and kept speaking casually..^^ Not sure if they think people will not notice or if they are trying to start a power game, but casually dropping honorifics seems to be a specialty of consultation managers..^^ I felt disgusted lol
The doctor was very busy because the customers were piling up, so the consultation was delayed a lot. I had heard they would examine things very meticulously, so I had high expectations, but the consultation lasted less than 10 minutes and then they left. They did not even say goodbye, just opened the door and rushed out. I guess they were busy..^^ Their tone was just blunt. I almost wanted to ask if something bad had happened. But maybe that is just their personality, so fine, but they looked at the consultation way too briefly and roughly. It felt like they were just trying to get me out quickly and move on to the next person, then the next, very fast..^^^
Here, “the doctor looks at you meticulously” seems to mean pulling the chair close, facing you directly, and tossing out a few comments. The consultation was way too disappointing compared with what I expected.
Other reviews seem to say everyone was satisfied, so am I just overly sensitive?..^^ I think there needs to be some improvement in the consultation process.
