My natural adhesion from a few years ago loosened, so I had a buried-suture revision at AM. The director was not so much kind as extremely meticulous, and with that signature gesture of bringing the fingers together and saying, look here, look here, they carefully shaped my eye line step by step. The best part was that I could see they were trying to balance the patient's expectations with what they could realistically provide, and I liked that a lot.
And there is a very young female manager there with big eyes, and she is really great too. Usually other plastic surgery managers tend to try to win every argument and never give an inch, but she is truly kind and cool and... just really, really great T_T
