I went for a consultation to improve my uneven eyes, and the director was kind and explained the surgery method step by step. But the consultation manager said in a confusing way that asymmetrical eyes are not usually preferred for surgery. Also, since only one side was going to be operated on, the consultation manager was typing on the monitor with my surgery history and talking in a sharp, blunt tone, and from that point on the consultation became rather irritating. I will not comment on hidden personality issues. Personally, I wish someone like that would not work as a consultation manager, if only for the hospital's image. I do not remember the name; he was a skinny person. Director kindness: 100 points Manager kindness: 3 points. Everyone else at the desk was kind.
