One of my eyes, which had been done with a buried suture method, loosened, so I made a consultation appointment. The order was manager - director - manager.
Before meeting the director, I briefly talked with the manager about why I was having surgery, and then waited there.
The director was wearing what looked like surgical scrubs. They explained what would be best and marked the line probably 20 times. They really marked the line in great detail many times. They didn't recommend any unnecessary surgery or procedures at all, and even said they would remove the stitches themselves, which I liked. The natural adhesion surgery was said to take about 40 minutes to 1 hour, and they seemed very meticulous. I felt the consultation was definitely worth having at least once.
Aftercare is 1 year. The manager also did not pressure me at all about reviews or deposits, and was truly the kindest place I have ever been to. Not overly polite, just genuinely kind. They showed me similar eye photos first, which I also liked very much. The building was better than I expected, and overall everything was good, but I am deliberating because of the price difference compared with other places..
