I had not been to any other hospital, so I could not judge the kindness or the consultation expertise for myself, but since it was my first surgery, I was very nervous and worried, and they explained everything well without leaving me with any questions. Even though I had to wait despite having a reservation... I felt like they were being very thorough! The surgery also turned out well according to people around me, so I am satisfied!
