Upper blepharoplasty changes people’s impression so much... even celebrities have many cases that went badly. So I really looked at a huge number of review photos.
To my eyes, there were cases that looked completely ruined, but I also saw many cases uploaded while saying they were good and successful.
Anyway, they are a bit conservative here. When I said I wanted a lateral canthoplasty, they told me not to do it because the prognosis would be bad, so I did not.
The doctor is not exactly super friendly, but did look at things very thoroughly.
In the end, I am not completely satisfied, but I did not end up with the weird eye I was worried about. However, when I tense the area above my eyes, diagonal wrinkles form, and the lacrimal glands look a little more prominent. More than anything, my eye shape did become a bit sharper. So I am now looking into eye correction.
The conclusion is that because they work conservatively, the result is relatively stable and maintains a quality that can be guaranteed to some extent. But because there is little risk, it does not fully satisfy my preferences.
