I was introduced to a plastic surgery clinic by a friend because they do natural-looking surgery, and I had a consultation there. The director explained which surgical method they would use and even showed me photos while the consultation was going on. They recommended suture-only double eyelid surgery and a front canthoplasty, but said the front canthoplasty was optional!
