First of all, both the doctor and the manager were kind. Also, my forehead got much smaller, but the problem is that a scar was left too large. I cannot go around with my forehead uncovered because of the scar. There is mention of a laser for scar management on the website, but I have never received it. When I got another consultation elsewhere, they were shocked after seeing the scar.
