I consulted with Dr. Oh about under-eye fat. He recommended lower blepharoplasty and fat grafting, and said under-eye sagging wouldn't improve with fat repositioning or dual treatment. He answered my questions kindly, and the consultation time was quite long. The consultation manager was very kind, and the clinic was clean. There were other patients too, but it wasn't crowded.
