To me, the director seems to have a rather passive consultation style. When I say I want to do a certain area, rather than explaining the pros and cons of doing that procedure on my face or whether it is necessary, he just says method-level things like, 'That can be done like this,' and seems to simply accept the patient's opinion.
The reason I decided to have surgery was because I had a acquaintance who had under-eye fat repositioning here and got good results, and because their background seemed to show expertise through published papers related to fat grafting. (I had under-eye fat repositioning plus full-face fat grafting together.)
I had pre-op consultations twice, and each time I waited at least an hour. On the day of surgery, the previous surgery ran so late that my surgery started 2 hours and 30 minutes late..
On the operating table, the nurse could not get the vein properly and burst two veins, and only on the third try was the needle inserted correctly..
After surgery, from the patient's point of view there are inevitably many things one wants to ask during recovery, such as asymmetric swelling on the left and right or changes in the eyes, but the aftercare is careless.
If you call the hospital to ask something, they say you have to speak with the assigned manager first, but the assigned manager is off duty or hard to reach, and even when you do get through, after I complained about different swelling on both sides and hardness at the fat grafting area, they said, 'Well, then you should have come to get the swelling laser the day after surgery.'
It is true that I did not go to get the swelling laser because the place they offered for free was far away, but the hospital had said it was not absolutely necessary. Is that really the kind of thing you say to someone complaining about swelling? Even writing this makes me angry.
If I had joined this community and read these reviews before surgery, I definitely would not have had surgery at this hospital.
It is day 15 after surgery now, so I cannot write a proper judgment about the surgery itself yet, but even if the results are good later, I would never recommend this hospital.
