I went for a consultation because they said they were famous for under-eye fat repositioning. Since it was a weekday, it was really quiet. I consulted in the order of consultation manager > director > manager, and the consultation manager explained things very diligently and kindly. But the director was so passive in the consultation (beyond the questions, there wasn't much detailed explanation..) that since I went in without knowing much, I didn't really get much out of it. And the pressure to make a reservation felt burdensome.
