Manager - director - manager order. The manager explained the surgical method and other details, then I went into the director's office. Both of them had basic courtesy. Since the director had a surgery schedule, I waited after the manager consultation. Fat grafting would still be effective even if I did not do it, but because the hollows were deep, they recommended fat grafting for a better result. I went right after work and was tired, and at that moment I could not think of any questions, so I asked the director a strange question, but they still answered me.
