Since I was young, I have had severe dark circles and I used to rub my eyes a lot as a habit. I am in my mid-twenties, and the sagging under my eyes was obvious even objectively. Like any other cosmetic surgery, I got a little scared about the side effects of under-eye fat repositioning while studying it. I went to consult at two famous places with long careers, and I am satisfied with the result. Congenital dark circles do not get solved just by receiving a few laser treatments.
