I went for a consultation for under-eye surgery, and the consultation went in this order: manager > director > manager. The director was warm and very kind. They answered every question kindly and in detail, which gave me confidence. They also recommended fat grafting, and explained the difference between doing it and not doing it while actually guiding my eyes and showing me. There are a lot of surgery reservations, so it is difficult to schedule.
