Compared to how friendly and detailed the website was, the consultation ended very quickly, and they didn't explain things in detail, just said to do whatever I was saying. When I tried to ask questions, they talked as if telling me to hurry up, so I didn't get the surgery. I was planning to get surgery here after seeing the website, but all desire to do it disappeared..
