I had a consultation for revision surgery to lower an unnatural double eyelid line. The director was reserved, but he explained things well when I asked about the surgery method or anything I was curious about. He said that because there was enough extra skin, they would remove the existing scar while creating a new line, and he explained well the part I was worried about regarding skin excision. After the consultation with the director, I also consulted with the manager, and she was thorough and helpful then too. Overall, it felt like they did not recommend unnecessary things, which was nice.
