After consulting with the director, I had a consultation with the manager. When the director was consulting, they were setting the line, but maybe they forgot, because even though there was a mirror on the desk, they did not hand it to me and kept looking at it themselves while talking, so I had to find it and look for myself haha. They explained things well, but they did not make eye contact while talking. The manager explained while emphasizing that this was a hospital that specialized only in eye surgery, and they were kind.
