I had surgery in 2013. I had eye shape correction plus incision. It is natural and fine. The line is a little short and the line is so small that when I open my eyes wide, it looks like there is no crease at all, which I do not like very much. I also did not have much fat removed from the upper eyelids, so there is still a somewhat puffy feeling. Still, the line itself is neat and natural.
