At first I went without a consultation reservation and talked with the manager, and they were kind but a bit mechanical in their wording... The next day I made a reservation and talked with the director, and I had been to a few clinic consultations, but this was the first director I had ever met who was this blunt..... From a patient’s point of view, having a knife put to your face is scary and burdensome, but maybe they do not understand that psychology at all, because it felt really careless.... I had to ask the consultation manager afterward to explain things I did not understand..... Do not expect kindness..
