First of all, it was not possible to reserve by phone, and consultations were first come, first served in person. When I got there, there were people of all ages, from students to adults. I waited a little, and the order was director -> director -> director, and during the consultation with the director, they were the only one who asked me to lower my mask. It felt like they were trying to see the harmony of my face. They drew lines for both eyes, and said that if only the left eye were done, a minimal incision would be possible, but after looking at the right eye they said incision would be necessary. They did not seem rushed at all, and I did feel a sense of trust! But the hospital had stairs T_T I am already nervous after surgery, and thinking about walking down stairs made me a little scared.
