When I visited, the order was consultation manager, director, consultation manager, and because they were in surgery there was a little waiting before I consulted with the director. The line they drew was the one I liked best, but perhaps because they had just come out of surgery, they looked very tired. They answered well when I asked questions, but it was hard to get the feeling that they were especially kind. Still, I liked that they answered everything sincerely and in detail when asked. However, it did feel a bit copy-pasted, and above all, most people get partial incision + ptosis correction as a set, so it seemed like they were recommending partial incision, which made me hesitate when deciding. This place is unusual in that you have to visit in person to make a surgery reservation separately, and the stitches are removed on day 3. The surgery takes about 30 to 40 minutes. Even though I had made a consultation reservation, I had to wait about 20 minutes before seeing the director. (I consulted with Director Lee!)
