First, you can't make a consultation appointment by phone here. You just have to go and wait. I went because they said they only specialize in eyes. But I had previously had incisional double eyelid surgery that loosened, and they said partial incision would be fine too, and when I asked what if it loosens again, they answered in a way that sounded like if an incisional one loosens, then there is nothing you can do if it loosens again. I was nervous, so I didn't book. Still, the 3-year after-service was good.
