The consultation sequence was manager - doctor - manager. When I asked by phone about making an appointment, they said I had to visit the hospital first and wait. I went early because it seemed like the least crowded time would be right when they opened, and after waiting about 20 minutes I consulted with the manager. I was recommended partial incision and eye correction, then had a consultation with the director. The director told me not to have surgery, so... I left T_T I think it was because my eyes have a double fold, so even if I had surgery, there would not be a big change. Like in other reviews, the staff at the counter were not very kind. The director seems to only recommend necessary surgery.
