I went for a consultation and felt like I just threw away 10,000 won for nothing. After waiting and waiting, they spent just over 1 minute on the consultation, explained things in a mechanical one-word way, and spoke so bureaucratically and robotically that I couldn't even ask questions. I came out wondering what I had even done there. They only explained surgeries that were easy for them to do, rather than the surgeries the patient actually wants.
