If I came a bit earlier, they should have told me to sit and wait or something. Look at these staff members' attitude for sending people outside. Because of that, I ended up waiting outside. Even when I came on time, they kept making me wait, and it was irritating. The doctor was kind and tried hard during the consultation, but there was something subtly mechanical about it, and during the consultation I suddenly felt like if I had surgery here I might come out looking overdone. Also, the fact that they said surgery would not be possible at all unless I had eye muscle correction already felt like a fail.....
