I had hump nose surgery 10 years ago. Mine was not a severe hump, and it would have been enough to just lift the tip a little. I was only 10, too young, and just wanted surgery so badly, so I went there without any information because I heard this place was good and had it done. Now I am looking into revision surgery. My bridge was originally high, but it ended up too high, giving a kind of avatar-like look, and the tip also droops. At the time I wanted a graceful curved nose, but it came out straight like a man's nose, so I am planning revision surgery. After surgery I went back once and said the bridge was too high and looked like an avatar, but the director said it did not look like an avatar, that my nose could only come out in that shape, and he only said things that meant nothing to me, so I came back without getting anything out of it. But it ended up looking too much like a man's nose, big and not feminine at all, even though I wanted something feminine..
