A few years ago I consulted and immediately booked surgery. The consultation lasted maybe 3 minutes, and they didn't even really look at my eyes before going straight into surgery.. They said we should do the inner corner too, and I agreed, but after the surgery the inner corner wasn't opened, so when I asked, they said it was a different inner-corner method? It looks like they just removed skin from the upper inner part of the eye, but I don't really know what it was.. Anyway, because the consultation was so short, I wasn't even excited about the surgery. During the consultation I wanted an in-out line, but both sides were set as outer lines, and one side already had a double eyelid, but they didn't consider the existing line and set it higher, so it became a sausage-like uneven eye. Even with eye-opening correction, my sleepy eyes are still the same. Planning revision surgery.
