Personally I was satisfied. Whenever I asked something or had something I was curious about, they waited and explained everything step by step. The staff were friendly too. The only thing is, they advertise too much about how many celebrities come and go, so it feels a bit like bragging? That is the vibe I got. And I could not really find many reviews, so I have no sense of what to expect.
