The doctor was kind during the consultation, but on the day of surgery they were extremely rude and looked tired. The operating room staff were truly awful; I felt like I had done something wrong. My arms are asymmetrical, and I can clearly tell. They removed less from the inner side, and the armpits are asymmetrical too. I came here because the scar was supposed to be small, but compared with other places it is definitely not small. When I told the director the scar was large, they got very angry. When I mentioned retouching because of the asymmetry, they got angry as if I had said something ridiculous. In the end, of course, the circumference did decrease clearly.. but the line is not that great, it is asymmetrical, and the scar bothers me a lot. I have more to say, but I will stop here.
