The consultation was really kind. The manager was not overly nice, but cool-headed and fact-focused, so that was actually good. But I think the reason people are drawn to Byone is the director. The director was warm, confident, and asked me to trust them. Say no more? It was the first time someone had explained things so thoroughly and spent so much time doing it. The pricing also seems transparent, though it is more expensive than expected... This was the first place that pointed out my asymmetry and corrected it. They also explained all kinds of other things in detail, like bone shape and size, and clearly told me the limits, my short torso, and how my own conditions affect how far they can take the line I want. In fact, they explained in detail what cannot be done and what might be worrying, which made me trust them. And there was absolutely no pressure to pay a deposit, really none at all. This was the first clinic like that, and I really liked it. It left me with a very good impression.
