It has been about 2 to 3 years since I had philtrum reduction Do not do it It comes back and the scar.. no matter how much treatment I get, it will not disappear.. I really do not recommend it.. I have a pretty dull personality, so I usually just let most side effects slide, but that scar on my lip.... Philtrum reduction is the number one surgery I regret..
