After the consultation with the manager, the director came in and honestly told me that scars would remain. The consultation was kind and professional, and they were thorough. Laser treatment on the surgical area and swelling laser management. Right now the scar remains in a fishbone-like shape. It is a matter of time and care. That is what I was told, but it still bothers me.
