I ended up getting the medial corner, lateral corner, and the corners of the mouth done together. I agonized over it a lot before doing it, and now it's been about three months and my satisfaction is quite high. I like the shape, and my long philtrum and my lips that used to curl inward have definitely improved. However, I worry that the scar may not heal perfectly. I will keep going for scar treatment, but I wonder whether the scar can ever disappear completely. This is a surgery with clear pros and cons.
