They were in surgery, so the waiting time was long, and after reading the line about taking responsibility to the end for customer satisfaction and aftercare, I had high expectations because I was in the position of someone who had been hurt and needed revision surgery, so I was quite disappointed. First of all, they looked very tired from being busy with surgery, so without a detailed explanation or offering multiple methods, they were rather perfunctory and just agreed with what I said, like, then if you do it that way it works. It felt like they wanted to finish the consultation quickly, so after waiting a long time the consultation ended in just a few minutes T_T Thankfully, the manager was gentle and kind.
