I only had a consultation, but the doctor really explained exactly what was needed for my face in a way that would not harm the patient. From the reviews and from seeing people, it seems to turn out naturally, and I am still thinking about it because it looks so good. Since it is silicone, I am worried about putting it in carelessly.
