I had osteotomy surgery because I had a hump nose. They didn't put in silicone because they said it would cause side effects. It was my first cosmetic surgery, so I didn't really know much and went in. At first I just thought it would be nice if they removed only the hump, but after a few months, the tip of my nose dropped and it looked bad.. T_T I regret not having the tip lifted as well.
