I went for a nose surgery consultation. I brought a picture of the nose shape I wanted and said I wanted something natural like that, but they said it would be on the flashy side. The consultation felt like they answered things very directly when I asked. If there is something lacking on the face, they seem to recommend various additional procedures. They also suggested a paranasal augmentation and cat-eye surgery for me.
