Whenever I saw reviews, people always said the doctor was not kind, so I was worried, but they actually answer questions more kindly than I expected. They also seemed very confident about the surgery, which I liked. When I mentioned the parts of my face I was insecure about, they said the things that could be done would be done, and the things that could not be done could not be done. The staff also consulted me kindly, which I appreciated.
