I did not get silicone implants; I only had septal cartilage placed at the tip of my nose and alar reduction. I emphasized a lot that I wanted it to look natural, so much so that even my father does not know I had nose surgery lol. And maybe because my skin is thin, there is a slight issue where the white color shows through the skin. This clinic originally aims for a very natural look, so if you are going to have nose surgery, I think you do not need to pursue naturalness as much as I did. I am satisfied because it is better than before.
